We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order where permitted by applicable law, including where we suspect fraud, unauthorized resale, pricing errors, stock errors, shipping restrictions, or other issues affecting the order.
If we cancel or change an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address, shipping address, or phone number provided at the time of order.
Products purchased from our store are intended for personal use and not for unauthorized commercial resale.
4. Prices, Taxes, and Import Charges
Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed, unless there is an obvious error.

If a payment cannot be processed, we may cancel or suspend your order.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping times shown on our website or during checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, incorrect shipping information, force majeure events, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery of the products, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

7. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
Cancellation requests should be made as soon as possible after placing an order. We cannot guarantee that an order can be cancelled once it has entered the shipping process or has been shipped.
Returns, refunds, exchanges, and EU withdrawal rights are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including the EU right of withdrawal where applicable.

Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
However, any sale or purchase made through our store is made directly between you and BeyondCool Japan. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the sale between you and BeyondCool Japan, including any product, order, shipment, return, refund, or customer service issue.

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Because our store is powered by Shopify, certain personal information may also be processed by Shopify as described in our Privacy Policy and Shopify’s privacy policy.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and any other policies referenced on our website, constitute the entire agreement between you and BeyondCool Japan regarding your use of the Services.

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.
We may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, where permitted by applicable law.
22. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Subject to any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws, the Osaka District Court in Japan will have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance for disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services.
If you are a consumer located in a jurisdiction where mandatory consumer protection laws give you the right to bring claims in your local courts or benefit from local mandatory laws, nothing in these Terms limits those rights.
