Shipping Policy

All orders from BeyondCool Japan are shipped from Japan.

This Shipping Policy explains our shipping destinations, shipping methods, estimated processing and delivery times, shipping fees, import duties, taxes, tracking information, and other shipping-related matters.

Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits or excludes any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Shipping Destinations

We ship to selected international destinations outside Japan.

Shipping to the United States is available exclusively for the following products:

• BALTIC Prismic Japan Limited Edition Navy Porcelain Dial

• BALTIC Prismic Japan Limited Edition White Porcelain Dial

Other products are currently unavailable for purchase or delivery to the United States.

Shipping availability may vary depending on the destination country or region, local import regulations, carrier restrictions, and product availability.

If your country or region is not available at checkout, we are currently unable to ship to that destination.

Shipping Methods

International orders are shipped from Japan using FedEx or other international shipping services selected by BeyondCool Japan.

The shipping carrier and service may vary depending on the destination, product characteristics, and available delivery services.

We reserve the right to select or change the shipping carrier when necessary, provided that doing so does not reduce your statutory consumer rights.

Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends, Japanese public holidays, and company holidays.

Processing may take longer during holidays, busy periods, product inspections, inventory checks, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If a significant delay is expected, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.

Estimated Delivery Time

International delivery usually takes several business days to several weeks after shipment, depending on the destination country or region, customs clearance, carrier operations, local delivery conditions, and other circumstances.

Delivery times shown on our website, at checkout, or in shipping notifications are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

Delays may occur due to customs inspections, carrier disruptions, natural disasters, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We will provide reasonable assistance with delivery-related inquiries and issues. Nothing in this section excludes our responsibilities under applicable law.

Shipping Fees

We offer free international shipping on eligible orders.

Standard international shipping costs are included in our product prices, and no additional standard shipping charges are collected at checkout unless expressly stated otherwise.

If actual standard shipping costs exceed our estimates, BeyondCool Japan will cover the difference.

Additional costs arising from incorrect shipping information, customer-requested delivery changes, or other customer-caused circumstances may be charged separately where permitted by applicable law.

Customs Duties, VAT, and Import Taxes

BeyondCool Japan operates on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis for eligible international orders.

Applicable import duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, and standard customs clearance or brokerage charges are included in our product prices and are borne by BeyondCool Japan.

Customers are not required to pay these standard import-related charges separately upon delivery.

If actual import duties, taxes, or standard customs clearance charges exceed the amounts estimated by BeyondCool Japan, we will cover the difference.

We arrange for applicable import charges to be billed to BeyondCool Japan through our shipping or customs clearance partners, subject to the regulations and available services in the destination country or region.

Certain destinations may have import restrictions, local tax requirements, or customs procedures that prevent us from providing our standard DDP shipping service. Where this applies, we may contact the customer before shipment to discuss the available options, including cancellation and a full refund if we are unable to fulfill the order under the stated terms.

Additional charges caused by incorrect information provided by the customer, customer-requested changes, or failure to complete legally required import procedures may be handled separately, where permitted by applicable law.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number, where tracking is available.

Tracking information may take some time to become available or update after shipment.

Tracking updates and delivery notifications may vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination country or region.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information when placing an order.

Please check your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase.

We cannot guarantee that shipping information can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.

If a package is returned because of incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, additional reshipping costs may be charged where permitted by applicable law.

If the customer requests a refund instead of reshipment, reasonable shipping, return shipping, and other directly related costs actually incurred by BeyondCool Japan may be deducted where permitted by applicable law.

Such deductions will not apply where the return results from our error or where prohibited by applicable consumer protection laws.

Refused Packages

If a customer refuses delivery without a valid legal reason, the package may be returned to BeyondCool Japan.
