Shipping Policy

All orders from BeyondCool Japan are shipped from Japan.

This Shipping Policy explains our shipping methods, estimated processing and delivery times, tracking information, customs duties, import taxes, and other shipping-related matters.

Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to selected countries and regions outside Japan, China, and the United States.

Shipping availability may vary depending on the destination country or region, customs regulations, carrier restrictions, and product availability.

If your country or region is not available at checkout, we are currently unable to ship to that destination.

Shipping Method

International orders are shipped by EMS from Japan.

EMS is an international shipping service provided through Japan Post and its partner postal services in the destination country or region.

Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends, Japanese public holidays, and company holidays.

Processing may take longer during holidays, busy periods, product inspection, inventory checks, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Estimated Delivery Time

International delivery usually takes several business days to several weeks after shipment, depending on the destination country or region, customs clearance, local postal conditions, and other circumstances.

Delivery times shown on our website, at checkout, or in shipping notifications are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, import inspections, postal service delays, carrier delays, natural disasters, strikes, force majeure events, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Shipping Fees

We offer free international shipping unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Free shipping does not include import duties, VAT, customs fees, brokerage fees, handling fees, storage fees, or any other charges imposed by customs authorities, postal services, carriers, or local authorities.

Customs Duties, VAT, and Import Taxes

Orders are shipped internationally from Japan. Depending on your destination country or region, your order may be subject to import duties, VAT, customs fees, brokerage fees, handling fees, storage fees, or other import-related charges.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless expressly stated at checkout.

Any import duties, VAT, customs fees, brokerage fees, handling fees, storage fees, or other import-related charges are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays, additional costs, or delivery issues caused by customs procedures, import inspections, unpaid import duties or taxes, or local regulations.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Please note that tracking information may take some time to update after shipment. Tracking updates may also vary depending on the postal service or carrier in the destination country or region.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at the time of order.

Please check your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible at shopify@beyondcool.co.jp.

We cannot guarantee that shipping information can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost required for reshipment.

If the customer requests a refund instead of reshipment, we will refund the amount after deducting any shipping costs, return shipping costs, and other related charges incurred by us, where permitted by applicable law.

Refused Packages

If a customer refuses to accept delivery of a package, we will refund the amount after deducting the original shipping cost, return shipping cost, customs duties, taxes, carrier fees, handling fees, and any other related charges incurred by us, where permitted by applicable law.

Please note that refusing delivery does not automatically cancel your order or release you from responsibility for shipping costs, customs charges, taxes, carrier fees, or other related charges.

Unclaimed Packages and Expired Storage Periods

If a package is not collected within the storage period specified by the postal service, carrier, customs office, or local delivery provider, and the package is returned to us, reshipment will not be available.

If a refund is approved for an unclaimed package or a package returned due to an expired storage period, we may deduct the original shipping cost, return shipping cost, customs duties, taxes, carrier fees, handling fees, storage fees, and any other related charges incurred by us, where permitted by applicable law.

Unpaid Customs Duties, VAT, or Import Charges

If a package is returned to us because the customer did not pay applicable customs duties, VAT, import taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, handling fees, storage fees, or other import-related charges, we will refund the amount after deducting any shipping costs, return shipping costs, taxes, fees, and other related charges incurred by us, where permitted by applicable law.

Customers are responsible for checking and paying any applicable import duties, VAT, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, or other charges required by the destination country or region.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package appears to be delayed, lost, or damaged during shipping, please contact us at shopify@beyondcool.co.jp with your order number and relevant details.

If the item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the package, shipping label, and damaged item.

We will review the situation and may contact the postal service or carrier to investigate the issue.

Shipping Restrictions

Some products may be subject to shipping restrictions depending on the destination country or region, customs regulations, carrier rules, materials, batteries, or other product characteristics.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse shipment of an order if the product cannot be shipped to the destination country or region.
