Return and Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return, unless a different period applies under your local consumer protection laws.
If you are a consumer located in the European Union and your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
If you are exercising your EU right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw within 14 days after receiving your item. After notifying us, you must send back the item without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal.
This policy does not limit any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws, including the EU right of withdrawal where applicable.
How to request a return
To start a return, please contact us at shopify@beyondcool.co.jp with your order number, name, email address, and the item you would like to return.
If your return request is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please do not send items back to us without first contacting us. Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return eligibility
To be eligible for a return under our voluntary 14-day return policy, the item should be returned in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging where reasonably possible. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If an item has been handled beyond what is necessary to inspect its nature, characteristics, and functioning, we may deduct an amount from the refund to reflect any reduction in value, where permitted by applicable law.
Return shipping costs
Unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise required by applicable law, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, and other customs-related charges are non-refundable, unless required by applicable law.
Damages, defects, and wrong items
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at shopify@beyondcool.co.jp with your order number and photos of the issue.
If the problem is confirmed, we will arrange an appropriate solution, such as a replacement, repair, or refund.
Non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom-made, special-order, or personalized items
- Items that have been used, worn, damaged, altered, or resized after delivery
- Items with missing tags, accessories, certificates, manuals, warranty cards, or original packaging
- Gift cards
- Final sale items, except where return or refund rights are required by applicable law
Please contact us before placing your order if you have questions about whether a specific item can be returned.
Sale items
Sale or discounted items may not be eligible for return under our voluntary return policy unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
This does not affect your statutory rights, including the EU right of withdrawal where applicable.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.
European Union right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer located in the European Union and your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods.

EU return shipping
Unless we have agreed to bear the return shipping costs, or unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return.
If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds are usually processed within 10 business days after approval, but your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
For valid EU withdrawal requests, we will refund payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery where required by applicable law. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.
