Prices may be displayed in different currencies depending on the customer's selected country or region.
For eligible international orders, product prices include standard international shipping costs, applicable import duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, and standard customs clearance or brokerage charges.
These standard costs are borne by BeyondCool Japan.
The total amount payable by the customer is displayed at checkout before the order is placed.
Additional Fees Other Than Product Price
For eligible international orders, no additional standard international shipping fees, import duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, or standard customs clearance or brokerage charges are payable by the customer beyond the total displayed at checkout.
BeyondCool Japan bears these costs under its Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping arrangements.
If the actual standard shipping costs, import duties, taxes, or customs clearance charges exceed our estimates, BeyondCool Japan will cover the difference.
Additional costs caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, customer-requested delivery changes, or other customer-caused circumstances may be charged separately where permitted by applicable law and as described in our Shipping Policy.
Currency conversion fees or foreign transaction fees independently imposed by the customer's bank or payment card issuer may apply. Such fees are not charged by BeyondCool Japan.
Shipping Fees
Free international shipping is provided for eligible orders.
Standard international shipping costs are included in the product price.
No additional standard shipping fees are charged at checkout for eligible orders.

Shipping Method
International orders are shipped from Japan using FedEx or other international shipping carriers selected by BeyondCool Japan.
The carrier and shipping service may vary depending on the destination, product, and available delivery services.
Eligible international orders are shipped under our DDP arrangements, with standard import duties, taxes, and customs clearance charges borne by BeyondCool Japan.
Delivery Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends, Japanese public holidays, and company holidays.
International delivery generally takes several business days to several weeks after shipment, depending on the destination country or region, customs clearance procedures, carrier operations, and local delivery conditions.
Estimated delivery times may be provided on product pages, at checkout, or in shipping notifications.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.
If a significant delay occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to notify the customer and provide assistance in accordance with applicable law.
Payment Methods and Timing
We accept credit card payments through Shopify Payments, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and JCB.
We also accept PayPal payments.
Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and certain local payment methods such as Bancontact and iDEAL / Wero may also be available at checkout depending on the customer's country, region, device, browser, and payment provider conditions.

Payment is processed at the time the order is placed, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order before shipment, please contact us as soon as possible at shopify@beyondcool.co.jp.
We cannot guarantee that cancellation requests can be accepted once an order has entered the shipping process or has been shipped.
Cancellation and refund requests will be handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.
Returns and Refunds
We offer a voluntary 14-day return policy for eligible products.
Customers may request a return within 14 days after receiving the item, subject to the conditions described in our Return and Refund Policy.

For eligible voluntary returns, the product must generally be unworn, unused, and returned with its original accessories and packaging, where reasonably possible.
Certain custom-made, personalized, used, or otherwise excluded products may not qualify for voluntary returns, subject to applicable law.
Customers in the European Union and other jurisdictions may have additional statutory withdrawal, cancellation, refund, or warranty rights.
Where the EU statutory right of withdrawal applies, consumers generally have 14 days after receiving the goods to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

Return Shipping Costs
For returns requested because of a change of mind or other customer preference, customers are generally responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods to Japan, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
If an item is defective, damaged upon delivery, incorrect, or otherwise does not conform to the purchase contract, BeyondCool Japan will cover reasonable return shipping costs where required by applicable law.
When a full refund is due for an eligible return, the refund will generally include the full product price paid by the customer, including standard shipping and import-related costs incorporated into that price.
Original standard shipping charges, import duties, taxes, VAT, GST, or customs clearance charges included in the product price will not automatically be deducted from an eligible full refund solely because those costs were incurred by BeyondCool Japan.
Any permitted deductions or adjustments will be handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information when placing an order.
If a package is returned due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, reasonable additional reshipping costs may be charged where permitted by applicable law.
If the customer requests a refund instead of reshipment, reasonable costs actually incurred as a direct result of the incorrect shipping information may be deducted where permitted by applicable law.
These provisions do not apply where the delivery issue results from our error or where deductions are prohibited by applicable consumer protection laws.
Refused Packages
If a customer refuses delivery without a valid legal reason, the package may be returned to BeyondCool Japan.
Reasonable shipping, return shipping, storage, or customs-related costs actually incurred as a direct result of the refusal may be deducted from an applicable refund where permitted by law.
Refusing delivery does not automatically constitute a valid cancellation or withdrawal from the purchase contract.
Nothing in this section restricts any statutory right of cancellation, withdrawal, refund, or other consumer protection rights.
Unclaimed Packages and Expired Storage Periods
If a package is not collected within the period specified by the shipping carrier, customs authority, or local delivery provider, it may be returned to BeyondCool Japan.
Reshipment may be arranged where reasonably possible, subject to the destination and circumstances.
Reasonable additional shipping or storage costs arising from the customer's failure to collect the package may be charged or deducted from an applicable refund where permitted by law.
Any refunds will be handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.
Customs Clearance and Import Procedures
BeyondCool Japan bears standard import duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, and standard customs clearance charges for eligible international orders under our DDP arrangements.
Customers are generally not required to pay these standard charges upon delivery.
However, customers may be required to provide accurate information, identification, customs documentation, or other details necessary to comply with local import regulations.
If delivery cannot be completed because legally required information or documentation is not provided, we will contact the customer where reasonably possible to discuss the available options.
Additional costs directly resulting from incorrect information or a customer's failure to complete required import procedures may be handled in accordance with our Shipping Policy and applicable law.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at shopify@beyondcool.co.jp with your order number and a description of the issue.
Photographs of the product and packaging may be requested to assist with our investigation.
We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution, such as repair, replacement, or refund, in accordance with applicable law.

We currently ship to selected countries and regions outside Japan.
Shipping to the United States is available exclusively for the following products:
