Collaboration
Since 2020, HMS Watch Store has been valuing collaboration with Baltic. This collaborative model was developed by the two companies for the first time and took about a year to develop. It was completed after repeated trials until both parties were satisfied with the design.
Based on AQUASCAPHE
The base is the "Aquascaphe" an authentic diver watch with a vintage look that was announced as the brand's first "tool watch."
Gray, the brand color of HMS Watch Store, is used on the dial, bezel, and tropical rubber strap, making this a conceptual all-gray watch.
The radiating sunburst dial and muted color scheme of the sapphire insert bezel create a sense of luxury, making it the ultimate daily watch that can be used in a variety of situations.
Unlike regular Aquascaphes, the bezel design has slightly changed and provides a very clear visibility.
Limited to 150
The strap is made of black tropic rubber, and a gray tropic rubber developed exclusively for this collaboration is also included.
The special edition case back is engraved with "BALTIC x HMS" and numbered on 150 pieces.
BALTIC
Baltic was launched in April 2017 by Etienne Malec, whose father was a watch collector, as a project on the crowdfunding website Kickstarter. Immediately after the project started, 1,300 watches were sold, and the limited edition of 200 watches released the following month sold out in 45 minutes. Baltic's collection is characterized by its inspiration from the vintage collection left behind by Malec's father.
